I weighed in yesterday and I lost 2.5 pounds in 7 days!!!!! YAY! This is the first time in my life I can remember actually losing weight when I made changes! I know it has so much to do with using this site and the app on my phone to keep up with my calorie intake. I've tried keeping a food diary in the past b/c so many places have recommended it, but I jsut didnt have the time to not only record the food, but also the nutrition content and keep up with a bunch of calculations all day! THANK YOU FATSECRET.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On another note, I almost did not weigh in on Monday b/c I was SOOOO nervous. I didn't really feel like I had lost anything but I finally resolved that I needed to weigh in b/c if I hadn't lost any weight after all the work I put in last week, then I needed to make changes this week and not continue on without knowing if what I was doing was working or not. SO GLAD I weighed in! It made me so excited to see that 2.5 pounds off!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta keep this up, one meal at a time!
