I went to the doctor today and found out that my new scale was wrong. Lol I have actually lost 2 more LBS than I have posted. Just dont know when I lost them lol. So im just gonna catch it up now.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 March 2012:
1180 kcal Fat: 91.46g | Prot: 56.76g | Carb: 31.95g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Green pepper, Turnip Greens (Solids and Liquids, Canned), bacon bits. Lunch: grape tomatoes, red radish. Dinner: chicken, cucumber. Snacks/Other: Light Mayonnaise, light buttermilk ranch dressing, Extra virgin olive oil, coffee, sugar substitute, atkins shake, atkins shake, sugar free jello pack, butter, butter. more...
