Yesterday was OK. I ate lots of meat - which was very odd for me, and drank lots of water. Which felt nice.
For the first time in 16 years today I got on a pair of scales. My estimation of my weight was correct. But rather depressing to see it in stone. I'm telling myself that my clothes and shoes added some weight. But there's only so much self deception I can do.
I went to TEsco last night and actually planned out some meals. Rather than eating out. I also replugged my details back into the Dukan diet with my actual weight - rather than a guess. And I'm going to be doing this for a lot longer than I'd originally planned.
Oh well.

Be careful with the sugar-added yogurt - they pack a lot of carbs. I recommend a plain, fat-free, greek yogurt. Some brands have almost no cholesterol as well. I add a teaspoon baking cocoa to 8oz of plain yogur if I feel like having some fun. Make sure you consult the Dukan Diet book, in any case.
