I am SO pumped! I was able to jog on the treadmill at 4.1 for 25 minutes. I am surprised that the first 5 minutes are the hardest, and by the time I get to the last 5 minutes I feel like I could just keep running for a very long time. The fastest I had done before was 3.8 on the treadmill so Yeah!
