Keeping up the exercise, but eating processed foods thanks to a bad schedule. UGH!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Weight Watchers   gaining 3.1 lb a week

I travel for work and I am gone 4 days a week.... it is difficult, but I have found that fast food is the way to go becuase you always have portions figured out. And I completely drop all fruit and eat only veggies that I buy cut up at local grocery stores. For example, Wendy's small Chili no crackers or cheese (4 points) an order of 5 chicken nuggets (6 points) and one bbq sauce (1) is 11 points. Sometimes I will get a chicken sandwich or burger and scrap the bun and add side salads or the cut veggies and I can normally stay with in points. Just a couple thoughts.... Good luck!
