Not sure why my scale is still at 127. I am also weight lifting so maybe that is why? I do feel inches thinner, my cloths are loser.... my mind is boggled! I do have a feeling that by this weekend, I will see the scale # drop. I cross my fingers and wait.

Lost so far: 6.0 lb.
Still to go: 9.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
