Completed the Pasadena Triathlon on Saturday 3/10/12. Great day, except for belly flopping in the transition from bike to swim. Finished 2nd in age group.
180.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
