started the south beach diet on feb 13 and have been really good on it, the worst part is i didnt weight myself b4 i did but i am judging how much i lose on what i can now fit into..lol..sounds funny but it works, so after the 1st 2 weeks on phase 1 i lost at the very least an inch or so, was able to fit into jeans that use to be way too tight, now they button and i can breathe..;) the best part was i really want hungry after a while, although i despritly miss carbs, mainly bread, but i have set myself to have a nice treat atleast once a week, it makes it so much easier to deal with the diet, i am not as active as i want to be due to back problems but i am trying my hardest to do more, walking the kids to school and picking them up so its a little at a time!
