I finished my first 4 week fitness program on biggest looser today, "New You." I certainly feel that my energy level is up.

I increased my workout length, and picked "Belly Buster(Blaster?)" as the new program, 8 weeks(?) long this time.

My first attempt at it today ended when the xbox overheated at about 20 minutes so I just started it again (with better ventilation).

Today was a big work out day. Biggest Looser Challenge + 20 min of Fitness Eval (xbox overheated) + 40 (53 actual) min Belly Buster workout.
"I'm feelin' it."

It's another nice day though...oop, nm, the wind is blowing. There must be a storm coming in.

Party on.
265.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
