Holy moly - been sick for three days and finally felt better yesterday - had hunger so I ate. First time I've cheated on the diet, but felt it best to go with what the gut said - I consumed almost 40 NET CARBS!!!! But still lost a pound and a half. I'm a little confused. Was expecting a big gain this morning from the cheat and from rehydrating, as I lost 7 pounds from the illness. Anyone ever experienced this after a cheat? Is this going to come back and bite me in a day or two, or do I just count my blessings and move on?

Forty net carbs isn't very much. If you caloric intake was down, that could also make you lose weight. I would take the loss and run with it.

LOL - it seemes like a TON to me!! I've been SO careful not to exceeed 20 since I started...
