Been a good diet week, 30 lbs YooHoo
211.4 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1044 kcal Fat: 32.12g | Prot: 55.55g | Carb: 174.35g.   Breakfast: Cheerios, orange, strawberries, coffee, fat free milk. Lunch: great value buttermilk ranch light dressing, ground beef, sauerkraut, baked potato, salad. Dinner: sugar free gelatin, ground beef, special k cracker chips, 40 calorie slice bread, light whipped topping. Snacks/Other: Nonfat Smart Pop Butter Popcorn Mini Bags. more...
