I did well this week. I rode my bike every night for 35-45 minutes, and worked out at the gym 3 times. I also ate well and kept it under 2000 calories/day. I don't know if my 155 goal weight is correct or not. My doctor says I should be under 175, but that is the top of my acceptable "weight range". The people at the gym after taking multiple measurements and doing an assessment, say it should be around 165. I may not have 24.2 pounds of fat left to lose - it's hard to tell at this point. I'll just see what it looks like after losing another 15 pounds or so.
