I really am enjoying this web site! So much info right at my finger tips AND so many tools! Was really craving snacks this morning. Ate an apple and string cheese before lunch and then wasn't hungry for lunch until 1:00. Amazing how long a little snack will tide you over for!
Have a big glass of water to drink but have hardly swallowed any ... better get busy.

Isn't it surprising how your body reacts to a healthy snack. I know a snickers and I can eat in about 20 minutes but doing a healthy snack like string cheese and an apple can keep you satisfied for hours!!
