YOO HOO down 4 lbs this week .I weighed 3 times before I would believe it,doing really good with my stationary bike challenge and finally got started with getting off dt. dr. pepper, which is really a big thing for me,I am Just 14 lbs away from one-derland. I haven't weighed 213 since 1998.4lbs YooHoo!!!!!
213.2 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
