unpredictable... must have been a measuring error yesyerday... well this day starts out to be a damned day... wish my period was over so i could smile again...

You do realize your period can cause weight gain. Many women gain 3 or more pounds each month from bloating. It could also just be too much sodium or many other factors. Just stay on plan and it will go away.
