Another massive weight gain? Hmmmm... Today I am 81 kgs.

I have no idea what is going on - I'm doing things right.

I guess it's back to the drawing board.

Today I will take my Indulgence Day to stay sane, tomorrow I will be back to doing what I used to do.

I'll be at 1600 calories. I will be doing a reasonable amount of exercise. Not HIIT. In my opinion, HIIT is a royal pain, and I don't see it happening much around here. If I am on the treadmill, then I will do interval running, but not on the bicycle.

Hopefully this will bring things back to where I want them.

It's Saturday, short journal day. Gonna go have a blast with Wife. Life is good!

EDIT: Just noticed that I'm being "punished" with the green progress bar. Not acceptable. One hour exercise bike accomplished. Indulgence Day is still on, it's something I need to do - it's all about getting into the groove I have been in up to a few weeks ago. I thought I was doing well, and I probably am, but something is not right. So I am doing as I used to. More calorie burn, not HIIT, eating better and more right, and having my Indulgence Day. Bring it on.

I agree. HIIT sounds like a good theory...but a pain to accomplish. Do what works for you. I love reading your encouraging journals!

I'll get back to a new low. I'm not concerned of this at all, though this weigh-in is disheartening. It's very frustrating. But what's the use to whine too much about it? It'd be different if I had stuffed myself silly for days and more days. I have done okay. It'll adjust - or at least that what I'll keep telling myself while I work my way back. :)
