Rough morning. Wasn't sure if I should go to work as I still wasn't feeling well, but went anyway. Continued to feel nasty and extremely bloated (soy milk allergy?). Left work after 3 hours. Took my diet meds at noon, 2 hours behind schedule. Slept for about 20 minutes. Lunch at 2:00. To be continued.
