So, here it is the 4th night on my diet and I'm totally upset. I used to walk every night with my dog, but she passed away in August. When that happened, I couldn't bear walking the neighborhood with out her...seeing everyone else out with their dog, so I stopped. Well, Monday, I finally began again. I started with a 10 minute walk and each night added another 10 minutes to the previous night's time. Today, our weather was incredible....in the 60's, daffodils are out, cherry trees are starting to bloom, robins are in the yard ! So I decided that I would leave work early and take a 40 minute walk. Then, an hour before I left work, (please excuse the indelicate) my intestines started to rumble. By the time I got home, I knew that a walk was out of the question. I started drinking soy milk last night and I may be allergic to eat. Additionally, I don't feel like eating a thing, and I still need another 20 grams of protein to make my daily goal.
