I know I always lose 3 to 5 lbs. really fast the first week, with a real slow-down afterwards. I need to keep focused on the prize; this tool just may make all the difference.

I am the same way, then I get discouraged when I don't lose that much the next weeks! I'm trying to remember slow and steady wins the race! Good luck!
