A constructive criticism? I want to see you succeed! I started at 164 and now I'm 133 and holding, so I've had the experience and know what you are feeling. Just looking at this one day's food journal I can see where your mistakes are. First, stay away from the pasta except maybe once a week. Pasta is sugar and sugar turned into stored energy. If not burned off by exercise within a couple of hours it will make its way to your fat storage and remain there. The same with the wine. If you want it then lower your carbs and points so you stay within the points you are allowed.

Here is a 15 min dish I love to make (I work a pretty busy schedule). Choose a protein (chicken, shrimp, scallops, white fish, etc.). Remember one ounce of these proteins are one point....you'll probably want no more than 3. Save your one tablespoon healthy fat you should have daily for this meal. Saute your protein. Take a bag of frozen vegetables (mixed but not the kind with sauce) and put on top. Cover and let steam until veggies are warmed through. Don't overcook. I like adding a reduced sodium soy sauce in the mixture. I go by Points, not Points Plus (too easy to over eat on Plus) so in this meal you have 3 points of protein and 3 1/2 points of veggies. This is a lot of food, so enjoy that wonderful "being full" feeling knowing you are losing weight!
