This week I was almost out of food that I am willing to eat so there were a couple of days that I didn't do 5 medifast meals, only four.

I can see a difference in my body for sure! Now if I can just get rid of this cold!
152.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
