Ok back on DIET startes today I can't believe I have gained 17.5 lb's since Christmas I was doing so well I was down to 256 from 303 It took a year to los that and 1 1/2 months to put that much back on oh well wish me luck.I hope to start YMCA back in April out side pool. only exersize I can do. walk short distance with walker, back injury, COPD. But when I'm in the pool nothing hurts like on land.
