Last night I had some small indiscretions... aka chocolate truffles. But was good for the most part.

My weight is remaining consistent but it seems as if my belly is still slowly shrinking.

I'm trying to get a little more impromptu exercises in, I put my pull up bar back up so I can do a few here and there. I'm trying to do a few reps with my kettle bell while I sit at my desk here at work. Nothing much but much better than nothing at all.
