Not feeling it at all this week. Feel puffy and bloated ever since I actually cheated and had Taco Bell Sat night. Definitely tasted good but I have felt lethargic and not so great since.

Worked last night and was definitely too exhausted to exercise today when I got up. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better.
