It has been a good week, put 25 miles on my stationary bike, and did well on my diet,starting to feel better , my clothes are getting loose, I can actually button a pair jeans that I haven't worn in a long time, been thinking about calling progresso, and telling them "they fit"
218.4 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
