Things I’m doing to lose weight.
My daily workday schedule:
Wake up 3:30 am
Start my commute to work by 4:30 am
Eat a 20g protein bar on drive in
Start work at 6 am
Have two 20oz cups of coffee by 9 am
9 am Eat a 2 cup serving of sliced (frozen) strawberries
12pm have my soup and salad lunch
3:30 pm start commute home
4 pm, have another 20g protein bar
6 pm have a light dinner
For the day try to keep my calories below 1500
7:30 pm 15min of stretching and weight exercise
8 pm go to bed, read for 30 minutes
Start the whole thing over again
