I've been lurking in the background for two weeks now, thought it's time to say hello.
I've lost 14lbs so far. I know that a good part of that was water weight.
The hardest thing for me will be exercise, as I have extreme arthritis in both knees.
Also I'm not much or a writer but will try to keep this journal going and be an encourgement to others.
