wow! I thought I wasn't losing anything and here I lost 10 pounds!! I've been keeping to my diet closely and exercising everyday!! And, today I started taking a multi-vitamin to help too!!
293.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
