Ugh Getting frustrated. The Dr. said I can not work out for 10 days. That is fine I can accept that. BUT I can not accept the fact I have NO energy. I dont know if I don't have energy because my body is healing or if I don't have energy because I am trying to heal but this is driving me nuts. When i was working out every day I had lots of energy now all I want to do is sleep. I fell asleep watching TV last night, I don't think I was awake for more than 5 minutes before I was asleep when i laid in bed and I didn't wake up until the alarm went off. It is so strange for me sleeping this much. On that note, and it please be nap time? I wonder if the boss would object to me curling up under my desk and getting in a nice nap....
BUT in better news. While I was at the Dr. the other day I asked her to look up my weight from 2 years ago. December of 09 I was at 278, I am now at 228. WOW, I have already lost 50lbs! 25 of them has been since Dec 2011!!!!!! Sometimes looking at the big picture helps! I am not where I want to be yet, BUT I am better than I was!

I bet the energy loss is due to both healing and you stressing out! I hope you can find a good way to ease your mind before you drive yourself crazy. Your doing amazing and the fact your 50lbs smaller than last year is awesome! I wish I could say that, so I'm jealous. LOL

I agree, healing takes up a lot of your energy and then on top of that the pain medication can also make you tired. Don't rush things and let your body do what it has to do. If you are tired, have nap. You body will tell you when its ready to go again.

I feel like all I have been doing is sleeping the last couple of days. Yesterday when i got home from work I fell asleep while I was talking to my husband. This morning less than an hour after I woke up I was eating breakfast and I fell asleep again. (my dog did not mind because she got the rest of my pb toast) I had my hubby drive me to work again today. I just still don't feel comftorable driving especailly when I am so tired. Hopefully my energy will come back shortly
