Got up a little early today so I decided to post a quick journal entry. The scale didn't budge at all so...good news/bad news...I didn't gain any but I didn't lose any.

Just a tip out there for anyone that likes their coffee. I found something new to replace my creamer....DaVinci gourmet sugar free syrup. I got the hazelnut flavor and have found that I don't need the milk/cream. I am now drinking black coffee which I thought I would never do. Bye Bye calories, sugar and carbs. I have to thank my sister-in-law for telling about this syrup. They have a lot of different flavors.

Trying to plan out my meals for the day...Breakfast and lunch are easy but dinner is harder because my husband has a harder time deciding what he wants from the options I give him. I think it is homemade pizza tonight with just sauce, mushrooms and 1/2 the cheese we normally use. No pepperoni (not even turkey pepperoni) like we usually have. Only two pieces for me and a big salad (I sound like Elaine from Seinfield....."Big Salad"...LOL).

Side note... some stressful things going on in the family right now so I have to remind myself to keep myself in check and not overeat for emotional reasons. I better come up with some other coping mechanisms (and stick to them) instead of eating. Any suggestions?

Well off to tweak my diet journal and then back to work. I say back to work because I feel like I have never left..LOL. Oh well, another day another 25 cents!

Chicken is great on pizza!! I put chunks of chicken breast to get the protein in and meaty feel! Awesome.

Great idea Lizzy...I will have to plan ahead and make a little more chicken one night to put on the pizza later in the week. We usually have homemade pizza once a week.
