Ok- so now I am getting frustrated. I think I have having problems with red meat. Yesterday I had a burger- then a coma. Today I had a lean cut of skirt steak - then a coma. I have already gone vegetarian for my dinner meals so I think I am going to try the rest of the week without red meat and see if it makes a difference. I can't afford to take a two or three hour nap every day!
