So yesterday, Sunday the 5th, we went to Moxie's as kind of a fairwell supper as my husband left to Cancun this morning for a week long trip for work that I am unable to go on because I am a teacher and am unable to get the time off! (tear... I am so jealous of him!) Well anyway, I can not express how upset I am at this particular restaurant for not having nutritional information available (calories in particular obviously)..... so after having an awesome week and seeing some success, I indulged..... in the chicken enchiladas. I allowed something like 1500 calories for them but I am not sure if this actually covers how many calories were really in them :S. This morning I was not at home to weigh myself and ended up eating a really bad lunch so I am very scared to weigh in tomorrow. WISH ME LUCK!......going to start taping the drywall in my basement tonight, here's hoping I will burn some extra calories!
