Followed diet fairly well. Started to do 20 minutes on the elliptical. New goal... woohoo. Now I have to progress more on my weight training as well. Going to use the ball and some free weights and will still do the elliptical-20 minutes
260.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
