Beautiful morning and going to be gorgeous today around 72 degrees. Looking forward to water aerobics. I've added this to exercise but I don't know how to figure how many calories I burn doing 45 minutes, any suggestions ???

there are activity calculators on different sites. the best ones have you put in your sex, weight and how hard you workout. they can give you an idea of how many calories you are burning. Only way to really know is to wear a heart rate monitor (arm band kind).

notfast I think they have swimming in the activitis section..may go there and see what it says...I don't swim so I can't remember if they
have that or not..Love your temps...droooling...:O)
