I am currently at Ball State University with my first semester ready for the first exam next week and to find time to get back in the routine of working out which is why I am glad they have a rec center. And tonite I started eating healthy I drank skim milk, had an apple, grapes, and peaches to see if my pulse can get down for tomorrow and i do not rush to try to donate just eat what i ate this morning try to donate before class and go to class at eleven hope i read all 3 chapters of my enlish book cuz that is what we are covering tomorrow.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 54.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
