Going to start Attack phase tomorrow. This diet seems more workable for me because in the end, you can go back to eating what you want for the most part. Which is nice.

good luck on Dukan I will be very interested to see how it goes
I have looked into the plan but a bit unsure with me being vegetarian as it looks like quorn and tofu are not on the proteins list - but maybe if its a good plan I might see if it would work for me
did you buy a book or is there an online site I can get more information

I have read that you can have tofu and Quorn in all phases on Dukan.
It's not on the standard list I think, but if you look online the official word from Dukan about them is they are fine. :)
I used to be vegetarian for years, so I understand how hard it can be sometimes.

This site is awesome, it has a lot of detailed info on the ins and outs of what's acceptable. If you are ovo-lacto, you should be fine as eggs and no fat dairy are also included and you can just replace the chicken/turkey breast with the Quorn options. :)
