I decided to have a cheat night...just once (on purpose anyway)...probably not the best choice, but it's done...ate 700 extra calories for dinner...good thing I exercise now...hehehe

Back to the plan tomorrow...next weeks groceries will be for healthy eating only and no ordering out for pizza (where my cheat came from...damn pizza)
