Good grief...I KNOW that i should be more patient and give it time, but I've never had trouble losing weight like this before! Yesterday, I focused all day on trying a few things that might make a difference - NO Atkins products - I stepped up the exercise, increased my calories to around 1600, and made SURE that I got 20 carbs. Still nothing! It's enough to make a saint swear!
