Not much going on so haven't journaled lately. Snacking has been problem, trying to curb and get back to normal, good stuff !!!!!

Notfast - I've had the evening munchies too - DH leaves a can of mixed nuts on the coffee table in the living room! Hope everything else is going well with you!

Snacking is the hardest habit to quit..I have to have something after
supper or I feel lost..LOL...:O)
