WOW IM REALLY DOING OK!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1425 kcal Fat: 40.70g | Prot: 92.40g | Carb: 184.09g.   Breakfast: raisin bran, lactaid. Lunch: kens light options olive oil, tomatoe, carb balance, romaine lettuce. Dinner: broccoli, cabbage, tilapia , olive oil. Snacks/Other: apple, sugar in the raw, lactaid, SPIRU-TEIN, honeydew, publix string cheese, 2% yogurt fage, almond breeze. more...
