Today begins week 2 of my Journey. Week 1 wasnt as bad as I thought but after being good for 5 days we decided to splurge yesterday. Looking back I now feel very guilty and wish I hadnt but all I can do is move forward from now.

Don't feel guilty, we are doing great and follow everything pretty darned close and once in a while a family cheat day for pizza or whatever is needed...the important part is we are strong...we do NOT fall of the wagon, we cheat and then are right back on track the next day...keep up the good work!!
