I took a guess at my weight (140) last night when I signed up for this site. I just weighed myself this afternoon and was at 140.2. So, my guess was pretty good, and now I'm moving forward, trying to drop that number down.
So far today, I've been drinking a lot more water, and I feel control over my cravings.
I'd like to start fasting once a week to help cleanse my body. My goal is to start next Tuesday.
