WEDNESDAY...


and there is a rumor flying that we may have some snow tonight and tomorrow!!! I am excited. This weather has been nice, but it IS January, and I am seriously jonesing for some snow!!! lol Let's hope they are right!

The scale was down another pound this morning...YAY!!! I finally got off my duff and did my kettle bell workout last evening. This morning I am SORE, especially my legs and tummy! I must admit though, that it sure did feel good to break out the kettle bell. Did well with my food, but my steps could have been ALOT better...just not feeling really good and so didn't get out and do what I should...bad Stef. :(

We are heading out to mom's a little later for some serious Yahtzee or Rummy. Not sure which yet. She needs me to run to the grocery store for bologna and bread when I get there, so I'll do that first thing.

Other than that, things are pretty much status quo. I am looking forward to getting back into "onederland", hopefully by next week. I still cannot believe that I let myself get back above that 200 pound mark! ...sigh...

Oh well, it is what it is and all I can do is move forward and downward!

I'm happy about your snow, finally. I'm really happy that it's not supposed to hit this side of the state with any appreciable accumulation. LOL! I'm so happy for you losing. Stef, when you're doing self butt kicking, just think. In the good old days, you probably would have gained back a lot more than you did. You have learned so much on this journey and you are right back on track. Good for you my friend! Have fun with your mom. Stay safe on the way home in the slickery weather. Congratulations on the weight loss. AND . . . I love you!!!

Bren, we are only supposed to get 1 or 2 inches, but at this point I will take it! lol Sure hope we get some more in the near future. I went out and made sure my bunny was properly prepared for this blast of cold...wind chills in the single digits for tomorrow and Friday. I just finished my kettlebell workout for today! Whew, it kicked my butt again. I sure do break a sweat and my heart rate gets way up there in a big hurry! You have a wonderful evening also, my sweet friend! Love ya!

Bonnie, we are not going to get much, but I'll take it anyway! lol I am glad that the scale moved downward again. I know it could have been much worse, but I am still disappointed that I could not exert more control. I have learned a lot, I just need to be better at APPLYING it! lol We will have fun at mom's...the weather isn't supposed to hit until after midnight, so we should be fine for driving. Nice job on another pound gone. I'm planning to also get back into the swing of things.(wish me luck) We are suppose to get snow and rain tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to that as I have to be on the roads. YUCK. Hope your having a wonderful evening.:)HUGS:)

Predicting snow here tomorrow ;) I like it too!!! GREAT JOB on getting this thing moving! and I hear ya on the 'steps' today... just feeling drained or something. Not really sick, but no pep in my step today.

Uggh I don't like snow or the winter weather, I am def a Spring/Summer girl. WOW nearly in onderland again... Well done. Getting the kettle bell out whoop... I have some, but must admit to not using them... Mainly because I don't REALLY know how to use them properly.

I am with Fledgist - snow - yuck - we are forecast some kind of stuff today and tomorrow too - mix of rain first then snow, its supposed to get decidedly messy but I remember your pics from last winter and it does look beautiful out your way. Town snow just looks dirty in no time flat. Hope you enjoyed your day with your mum, I know you always do. OH, GOOD JOB ON LOSING ANOTHER POUND - WOOT WOOT. Underland here you come!!!!

Nah ... NOT "bad" Stef!!! I don't want to hear that word associated with you again!!! LOL!!! It seemed like to took forever to get back under 200 again when I got back on track ... but it happened!!! It will be soon for you and you'll be able to do a little happy dance for us all!!! Video please. Rumor has it we have snow in the forecast for Sunday and a couple days next week. I too am keeping my fingers crossed. It just isn't right to have green grass showing this time of year. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too ... I know how the white stuff lifts your mood!! You are doing really good are being back in "healthy Stef" mode. I am proud of you my GOOD, creative, supportive, and beautiful 50-something friend!!

Laurie, thanks for the grats! Hope your roads aren't too bad...they were horrific here, probably due to the fact that the ground was so warm, the first part of the snow melted, then the temps plummeted refreezing what had melted. Ice, ice baby!! lol Glad I have no place to go today!!! Love ya, my friend! Glad you are back!

Paula, I do love the snow...I figure if it is going to be cold and dreary, then it might as well snow, and make everything white and beautiful. I am so hoping the movement continues. It is so much slower coming off than going on! Have a great day.
