ugh... rain knocked the power out last night so I didnt get up in time to work out... ive done moderately well eating today.... screwed up dinner last night so probably wont be "allowed" to cook tonight... ugh hoping the next 24 hours are better!! gotta get up and work out..it makes my day better... No Excuses...
