I am back to the weight loss game. Am tryibg the new 17 Day diet. It includes 3 17 day cycles. If followed the first 17 days can see 10-12 lbs. lost. Less the other cycles. It restricts carbs and includes probiotic yoghurt 2x per day as well as 2 fuits per day. The remainder is lean meats, fresh vegetable and salads in any amounts. Seems easy. Anyone out there who has tried this?
