very happy with my run on Saturday! I ran 1 mile in 10:16sec and didn't believe it so on my way back I tried again and did 1 mile in 10:39 seconds!! (walked 1.1 miles in between 15:30) my goal for 2011 was to be able to run a mile in 12 minutes per mile... looks like I achieved it!!! I am excited for next weekend to see if I can maintain <12minute miles for a full 5k!! (was also able to get up early this morning and start my workout routine for 2012!)
