I was not able to lose the 7kg the doctor told me to. I only lost 5kg, now my radiation therapy has been delayed for a further 4 weeks and I have to lose another 5kgs before then. In my allotted time I cheated only on Christmas day. I went the whole festive season without eating any of the nice xmasy goodies, but I still am a failure. If I dont lose the 5 kgs by the 6 February then I am just not going on with the Radiation - I dont care - I'm sick of being punished.
