Moving in the right direction, getting off the holiday weight! Haven't smoked since Sunday, and it's killing me!! (irony, I know) I am constantly hungry! Two days in a row of > 100% of my RDI :-( Still loosing though, just gonna be slower for now.
193.3 lb Lost so far: 31.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I quit smoking last January 1st. The first week was the hardest, but I haven't smoked since and I feel wonderful. Best of luck with your quit.

Good luck, hope the rest of the first week without smoking goes quickly and that it gets easier. Also congrats on the weight loss.

Congrats in quitting! Although I don't smoke myself, I have been told that once you past the first week or so, the health benefits you feel come on really quickly and make it all worthwhile :)

My wifey and I have quit too.. We are finding it very hard this time around, but we have decided that we are doing it at the right time... We now know that we will not put as much weight on because we are restricting ourselves to our normal portion size.. Good luck and may you long continue to stop and become an ex smoker...
