I just wanted to wish everyone a very Mery Christmas if you celebrate it or Happy whatever it is you celebrate!! May this new year be a healthy and happy one for everyone and may ALL of us reach our goals!!
I also hope everyone is able to maintain through these next few days. I, myself, haven't lost any lbs BUT I haven't gained any either. That's all i want. I'm still going to enjoy myself but just be mindful of what I'm eating. It's all about moderation and accountability folks! At least for me. =) I have many yummy cookies calling my name from my kitchen but I'm not having any until tomorrow and I'm not going to worry about any cals or carbs, but I'm also not going to eat 25 of each. Maybe just ...10. LOL.
Be safe everyone! and PLEASE if you have a spare moment and are out and about, maybe drop a canned good into a food collection box? I'm a HUGE supporter of donation so please, if you can, donate that can of soup!
