The new tip to follow is to eat most of calories at day and do some sport at night then sleep without night meal.
Lemon and Grapefruit juice natural and without sugar and without salt has an amazing effect in burning fat.
Today my dress is much bigger than my new size. :-) woooooo

Lost so far: 9.9 lb.
Still to go: 32.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
